PREMISES

The present General Sales Conditions regulate the purchase of goods and services, made available through the internet by the website www.cocoross.com under the distance selling regulations.

PRICES

Prices are displayed in EUR and are inclusive of VAT for all EU member States and import taxes and duties for the USA, Switzerland and Norway. COCO ROSS gives the opportunity to check prices in other currencies only by way of example.

ORDERS

All payment transactions are in EUR and are inclusive of VAT for all EU member States and local taxes and import duties for the USA, Switzerland, Norway. No extra payment will be required upon delivery. 

Local taxes and import duties may be required upon delivery for those orders destined outside the European Union (with the exception of USA, Switzerland and Norway). 

Please check that all details and shipping/invoicing addresses are correct before submitting the order. In case there are errors please let us know as soon as possible at support@cocoross.com.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The fulfillment of an order depends on the availability of the product/s ordered. In case the payment is made through bank transfer the order will be dispatched as soon as the amount will be credited. Delivery times depend exclusively on the transit times provided by the shippers and on eventual clearance delays.
The customer should check that the products received correspond to those ordered. If the products delivered have defects the customer should notify COCO ROSS within 48 hours upon delivery providing pictures of the defect to support@cocoross.com

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Products returned without hang tag label, used or incomplete will not be refunded. Customers should give written notice of their wish to cancel the purchase through email at support@cocoross.com giving reasons and providing pictures of the defect.

COCO ROSS reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and to return them to sender. If an unauthorized return is accepted, COCO ROSS will deduct up to 20% administrative/re-stocking fee or the refund will be issued in the form of store credit.

In case of genuine return, COCO ROSS will provide prepaid label. If a different label is used, the shipping cost of the return will not be reimbursed. For each order we provide a prepaid label only.
For all other cases, the return shall be paid by the customer who is fully responsible. For this reason COCO ROSS suggests to use a tracked shipping system.

WARRANTY AND CONFORMITY

All Tuscany Leather products sold by COCO ROSS are covered by a 24 months warranty starting the day of the delivery as stated in the Guarantee Certificate provided with each product.

In case there are any problems the customer should contact Tuscany Leather and provide pictures of the problem to: support@tuscanyleather.it. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, or the normal breakdown of colors and materials. Luggage damage incurred during airline handling is not covered by this warranty, and claims in such cases should be made directly with the airline. Tuscany Leather reserves the right to charge the customer any costs incurred for product verification and shipment of the same if it is undamaged and functioning, that is, it is missing the alleged lack of conformity.
