All our shipments are insured and trackable and require a signature upon receipt.
Our packages are prepared so to avoid possible damages but please remember to sign unchecked if the parcel has been clearly damaged during transit.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are fixed at 10 Euros for Standard Shipping and 15 Euros for Express Shipping
Certain items are shipped for free depending on the item and promo, this will be shown when you view the product.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Italian VAT will be applied to destinations within the EU.
For destinations in Norway, Switzerland and the USA customs charges are included in the total amount.
For all other destinations please contact your local customs office.
It is not possible to book a delivery so please provide a delivery address where you are able to collect the parcel.
